We are a group formed to study Ving Tsun kung fu.  We currently hold two classes a week  Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.  Ving Tsun is a principle based system utilizing kicks, punches, knee and elbow strikes as well as defenses against grappling, throwing and ground-fighting techniques.
